Floor to ceiling glass on the Lagos Lagoon at Five Cowries Terminal: sunset cocktails early, a celebrity heavy dance floor late.

W Bar Lounge fills the glass front of Five Cowries Terminal in Falomo, Ikoyi, beside Falomo Bridge, with the lagoon and Victoria Island's skyline across the water. A Waterfront Lagos company runs it inside the LASWA ferry terminal, secure parking included.

Roadbook's Lagos bar guide calls it the city's best bet for celebrity sightings and kept it on the list through its 2025 update.

TravelWaka rated the ambience a clean five of five, with the service just behind it.

Floor to ceiling windows face the lagoon, a terrace takes the sunset, and a dance floor with DJ booth and light rig waits inside; TravelWaka and Roadbook both photograph the water before the room. The ferry terminal setting sounds odd until the view settles the argument.

The official menu prints its prices: Mojito 13,000 naira, Long Island 15,000, the Get Lit at 18,000. Order the Lagos Babe, vodka with strawberries and blueberry purée at 15,000, or W's Gentleman, Islay whisky infused with coffee and honey at 17,000.

The Shrimp Dynamite at 27,000 and the W Sampler platter at 45,000 carry the kitchen, and Moët starts at 260,000 for the table set.

Top executives, socialites, and the occasional artist hold the early tables; Roadbook promises surprise performances some nights. The room flips from dinner calm to club mode around midnight, hardest on Fridays and Saturdays.
