Three Sheets opened in 2016 and has steadily built itself into one of London's most respected cocktail bars among working bartenders. The room is small — around 25 seats — and the menu is deliberately tight: usually six to eight cocktails plus a 'short and stirred' section.
The drinks are precise and ingredient-led. Co-owners Noel and Max Venning rotate the menu seasonally and consistently produce one or two original cocktails worth ordering. The Stinger is a signature.
The crowd is local Dalston, mid-thirties, with a steady stream of visiting bartenders. Pair with the East London cocktail scene for an evening crossing Dalston, Hackney, and Shoreditch.
