Stars 'N' Bars works the Yas Marina waterfront with live bands and DJs over an American sports bar base. When a race weekend hits the marina, this room becomes the loudest address in the emirate.
Buddha-Bar Beach on Saadiyat trades the bandstand for resident DJs and live percussion over sunset. It is the list's exception, programmed sound rather than a band, and it earns the slot anyway.
