Xaman is a basement speakeasy near the Juárez hotels, dark and intimate, with cocktails built by its bar team. The room runs late on low light and music, more nightcap than opener. Zinco sits in a former bank vault at Motolinia 20 in Centro, small, dim and built for jazz. It opens Wednesday to Saturday, 9pm to 2:30am, with live sets most nights. The size keeps it intimate, so book for a table. Order a cocktail and stay for the music. Best for a date that wants a stage and a low room over a view.
